Sheng Wang is one of the most underrated comedians and I was absolutely surprised he was in Apple’s iPhone 16/16 Pro walkthrough. So happy for his success.

Back in the days when software could be weighed and measured, the release of a new operating system was as big of a deal as any other hardware release. But let’s not forget: updates weren’t free. Mac OS X Panther, released on October 24, 2003 at 8:00 p.m., cost $129.
This was shortly after I left Apple Retail, but looking at the pictures from this era brings me back to that time.

★Apple Plans New Encryption System to Ward Off Hackers and Protect iCloud Data
The new encryption system, which will be tested by early users starting Wednesday, will roll out as an option in the U.S. by year’s end, and then worldwide including China in 2023, Mr. Federighi said.
